Job summary

Infrasoft Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across multiple projects. You will collaborate with product owners, security teams, and compliance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and robust governance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Regulatory and Tax Reporting (incl. AEOI/CRS, FATCA, IRS871m) and related topics.
• Good knowledge of Transactions (Corporate Actions, Securities) and Market data providers (SIX, WmDaten).
• Experience with Reporting systems (SECTRAS, EasyTax, FiTax or similar).
• Familiarity with Core Banking systems (Olympic, TRANSACT) and Front Office tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of project lifecycle and ability to translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes.
• Ability to multi-task and work across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of programs/projects per business commitments.
• Facilitate committees and coordinate with project teams on deliverables, prioritization, estimation, and planning.
• Prepare, consolidate, and validate estimates and schedules; manage costs with minimal drift.
• Plan resources and capacity; collaborate with product owners, security, architects, and compliance.
• Gather high-level requirements from end users and guide GA/F to DFS translation by BAs.
• Review SIT strategy, test cases, and results with BA and testing teams; support UAT.
• Oversee vendor management, budgets, and cost offers; ensure alignment with releases.
• Ensure coherence of tasks with overall product releases; remove blockers and support decision-making.
• Provide regular updates to Division Manager/Domain Heads; manage steering committees.
