Job summary

TikTok Local Services in Singapore is seeking a Product Operations Lead to govern and optimize the external and internal platforms, including moderation, enforcement, and creator/merchant centers.

You will build global operations systems, establish data-driven monitoring, and collaborate with product, R&D, and global teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve penetration and satisfaction across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in product operation.
• Spoken and written fluency in English.
• Experience in local service/e-commerce operation is preferred.
• Strong PM and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good communication, empathy, and patience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance and experience product operations for internal and external platforms.
• Plan and build the global operations system for governance products.
• Establish monitoring indices, data-driven GTM processes, and improve satisfaction.
• Coordinate product, R&D, and global operations to resolve issues and enhance capabilities.
