You will manage vendor relationships, mentor teams across regions, and balance risk with business goals. This role emphasizes strategic influence, data-driven decisions, and a people-first approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience in social media/high tech.
• 5+ years vendor management experience in social media/high tech.
• 5+ years leading global/regional teams (5,000+ employees).
• 5+ years working in Trust and Safety.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse partners and influence at multiple levels.
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive Global Trust & Safety Account & Youth Safety Operations strategy to guide your team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with T&S and other teams to ensure aligned objectives and execution.
• Build relationships with partner/BPOs at executive and site levels with timely delivery of commitments.
• Identify risks and solve cross-functional challenges across teams.
• Develop and coach the global Youth Safety Operations team.
