Job summary

TikTok is hiring for an Operations and Policy role based in Singapore. You will translate policy intent into scalable front-line workflows, while managing SOPs, knowledge bases, and documentation governance.

You will work closely with Policy, Product, Quality, and Regional Operations to improve decision consistency and risk controls. The role involves analyzing metrics and feedback to identify gaps, coordinate updates, and ensure global guidelines fit local contexts in fast-paced, high-volume

Qualifications

• Strong policy knowledge in the Ops domain and ability to connect with governance
• Experience with operational workflows, QA processes, or policy execution
• Proven ability to support cross-functional coordination (Policy, Ops, Product, or vendor teams)
• Basic data structuring and insight elevation

Responsibilities

• Translate policies into clear, scalable workflows for frontline teams
• Build and maintain SOPs and knowledge resources with governance
• Use AI tools to improve policy-related documentation and materials
• Collaborate with Policy, Product, Quality, and Regional Operations teams
• Review quality metrics, escalations, and appeals data to find gaps and root causes
• Support policy and process changes, coordinating updates across markets
• Apply regional context to ensure global guidelines are locally relevant
