Job summary

TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) is seeking a seasoned governance professional in Singapore to lead data-driven strategies that protect the Creator and Content ecosystem. You will partner with Algorithm, Product, Engineering and Legal teams to design and implement risk controls, compliance policies, and lifecycle governance for local services.

The role requires 5+ years in governance or trust programmes, a quantitative degree, and strong analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in governance, risk or trust/experience programmes in O2O or ecommerce.
Bachelor's degree in quantitative field.
Experience with data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Devise governance strategies to ensure trust of the Creator and Content ecosystem.
Analyse issues based on data and user feedback; collaborate with cross-functional teams; implement safety measures.
Establish policies for regulatory, compliance, cultural, and promotional issues of Creators and Content ecosystem.
Regulate risks and quality of the ecosystem.
Manage governance lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, benefits control, funds control, account health.
Monitor ecosystem via data-driven methods; respond to emergencies and investigations.
