Job summary

TikTok is seeking a strategic leader to head the Operational Guidelines & Standards team in Singapore. You will translate policy intent into scalable, globally consistent workflows and drive governance for frontline operations.

You will mentor the OGS Specialists, partner with Policy, Product, Quality and Regional Ops, and use analytics to continuously improve guidelines, processes, and training across markets.

Qualifications

• Strong policy knowledge in ops governance.
• Experience operationalizing policy at scale.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (Policy, Product, Engineering, Operations).
• Strong analytical and structured thinking to translate ambiguity into system-level solutions.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English to collaborate with Mandarin-speaking markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing OGS team.
• Translate complex policy into scalable workflows and decision frameworks.
• Drive knowledge management, SOPs, governance, and version control.
• Leverage AI to improve policy translation, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with Policy, Product, Quality, and Regional Operations to align policy with execution.
• Guide data-driven improvements using quality metrics and user appeal trends.
• Establish structured feedback loops from frontline insights into Policy.
• Coordinate global policy changes while adapting to local markets.
