Job summary

TOTAL FACILITY ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage purchasing, supplier coordination, and documentation in line with company standards.

The role requires handling RFQs, evaluating bids, and ensuring timely deliveries for engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in a related field, at least 2 years in procurement or logistics, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement/logistics/engineering/construction experience.
• Experience with procurement processes, RFQs and vendor negotiation.
• Good communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of purchasing process: source material, generate PO, expedite and update delivery status.
• Review project contracts and scopes; coordinate procurement plans.
• Source materials, issue RFQs, evaluate bids and negotiate terms.
• Create Purchase Orders in ERP system and track deliveries.
• Coordinate with logistics to meet delivery schedules and liaise with suppliers and project team.
• Maintain delivery reports and assist in project cost reporting.
