Job summary

L & K Engineering (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (Singapore Branch) is seeking a procurement professional to source, compare, procure and negotiate with subcontractors, manufacturers and material suppliers for M&E related projects.

You will support engineers, coordinate with vendors, and manage logistics with third-party providers. The ideal candidate holds a diploma with 3+ years in construction or related industry, fluent in English and Chinese, and demonstrates proactivity, attention to detail, and

Qualifications

Diploma level or equivalent is required.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction or related industry.
Fluent in English and Chinese for liaison with Chinese associates.
Proactive, detail-oriented and responsible.

Responsibilities

Source, compare, procure and negotiate with subcontractors, manufacturers and material suppliers (preferable M&E related experience).
Support engineers by anticipating requirements and reacting quickly to changes in demand.
Act as key liaison for international and domestic vendors.
Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for effective order fulfillment.
Manage logistics with third-party providers for shipments.
Business knowledge on import/export and international trade.
Maintain control lists or develop formats as demanded.
