Responsibilities

• Manage and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and prepare Purchase Orders (POs).
• Liaise with suppliers, source quotations, obtain at least three quotations where applicable, and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Purchase of project materials, office stationery, pantry supplies and other company necessities.
• Monitor inventory levels and arrange timely replenishment of office supplies and consumables.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to meet purchasing requirements efficiently.
• Verify deliveries against Purchase Orders and follow up on outstanding orders, discrepancies and supplier issues.
• Assist in checking supplier invoices against Purchase Orders and delivery documents before payment processing.
• Monitor project purchasing costs and assist with first-level project costing and cost control.
• Maintain proper purchasing records, supplier information, quotations and related documentation.
• Provide general administrative support and ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
