360T in Singapore is seeking a proactive People Operations professional to support daily HR activities, coordinate recruitment, and ensure welcoming onboarding for new joiners. You will maintain records, support reporting, and help improve People processes while collaborating with a global team.

You will contribute to employee engagement initiatives and uphold a people-first workplace culture, reporting to the APAC People Operations Manager in a dynamic trading tech environment.

Qualifikationen

• University degree (or pursuing) with focus on Human Resource or Business Administration.
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team player.
• Work with integrity and be reliable.
• Good organizational skills, self-motivated with pro-active work ethic.
• Conscientious worker with high attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written English; other languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support the People Team with day-to-day activities and employee enquiries.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and collaboration with hiring teams.
• Help deliver smooth and welcoming onboarding and offboarding experiences.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support data collection, reporting, and analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing systems, workflows, and People processes.
• Contribute to special projects based on your interests, strengths, and development goals.
