Caliber8 Pte Ltd's client is seeking a hands-on People & Culture Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will advise managers on HR policies, manage MOM compliance and work passes, and partner with stakeholders to drive engagement and continuous process improvements in Singapore.

Formación

• Experience leading HR operations in a multinational setting.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law and MOM regulations.
• Experience handling employee relations and full lifecycle HR.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity.
• Proactive and able to think creatively to improve processes.
• Experience in project-based or complex environments is a plus.
