Job summary

Ambition Singapore is seeking a Payroll & Finance Executive to join our Singapore team. You will manage end-to-end payroll for the Singapore office and handle pension and tax-related queries from employees.

The role requires strong knowledge of Singapore payroll and tax requirements, plus experience in cross-border tax matters and intercompany coordination with tax advisers. Excellent stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Experience in payroll and finance, ideally in an international organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll and tax requirements.
• Experience in tax filing, expatriate tax or cross-border tax matters preferred.
• UK tax exposure is an advantage, broader international tax experience considered.
• Good accounting knowledge with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the Singapore office.
• Handle payroll, pension and tax-related queries from employees.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax and pension filings.
• Support expatriate and cross-border tax matters, including double-taxation and reporting to home countries.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external tax advisers on tax-related matters.
• Support AP, staff reimbursements and weekly cash flow.
• Assist with month/year-end closing and annual audit.
• Provide general finance and ad hoc accounting support to the Finance Manager.
