Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• Over 3 years of work experience in Fintech, E-commerce, or payment related companies.
• Proficient in English (oral and written) for cross-regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own risk operations workflows across payment and business scenarios, including customer complaints, appeals, and disputes.
• Monitor quality and efficiency; ensure consistent execution across internal teams, BPO agents, and AI agents.
• Partner with Risk Strategy, Product, Engineering, Customer Service, and external payment partners to resolve bottlenecks and improve customer experience.
• Act as the operational point of contact for an assigned business domain; lead end-to-end diagnosis of complex issues and drive cross-functional improvements.
