in Singapore seeks a seasoned risk leader to design and operate the risk management framework for overseas acquiring, covering the merchant lifecycle and cross-border transactions. You will identify, assess and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with card schemes, AML and dispute rules, and partner with business, technology, compliance and operations to scale international payment services responsibly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, risk management, economics, data analysis, law, or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• 3+ years of experience in acquiring, payment, or financial risk control; overseas experience a plus.
• Familiar with card scheme rules, AML, and chargeback/dispute mechanisms.
• Strong data analysis to identify risk signals.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the risk management framework for overseas acquiring across the merchant lifecycle and markets.
• Identify, assess, mitigate and monitor risk; deploy matching mitigation strategies.
• Conduct merchant due diligence and investigate high-risk cases; verify authenticity and compliance.
• Develop merchant risk rating, transaction monitoring rules and risk models; reduce fraud and AML risk.
• Establish portfolio-level KRIs and interface with card scheme monitoring programs.
