Job summary

MEXC Group in Singapore is seeking a Visa Operations Specialist to manage visa requirements for key clients and personnel, coordinating work, travel, and dependent visas from end to end. You will maintain records, track validity, and ensure timely renewals while liaising with third-party vendors and in-house teams across regions.

This role requires hands-on experience in Visa/Immigration, strong Chinese language skills, and a proactive approach to handling complex cases in a rapidly expanding

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Visa, Immigration, Global Mobility, or HR Operations.
• Fluent Chinese is a must to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
• In‑house experience at companies expanding internationally or multinational corporations, involving third‑party visa/immigration vendors.
• Familiarity with common visa types (work, travel, dependent) is required; previous visa agency experience not mandatory.
• Experience managing cross‑border visa cases, tracking multiple applications and deadlines.
