MEXC Group in Singapore seeks a Visa & Immigration Coordinator to manage end-to-end visa processes for key clients and personnel, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

You will monitor visa validity, handle renewals and complex cases, stay updated on global policies, and ensure compliant document management to support global mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 1–3 years of working experience in Visa & Immigration, Global Mobility or HR Operations is preferred.
• In-house multinational experience with vendor management is highly preferred.
• Proficient with work, tourist, and dependent visas; in-house vendor management experience is valued over agency processing.
• Experience in cross-border visa case management with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end visa application processes for key clients and personnel, covering work visas, tourist visas, and dependent/companion visas, including document coordination, application submission, and full progress follow-up.
• Conduct daily management of work visas, maintain visa validity records, establish visa expiry reminder mechanisms, and proactively handle visa renewal, amendment and related procedures with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure continuous visa validity.
• Serve as the key liaison for global visa and immigration third-party vendors across different countries and regions, coordinate application demands, document verification, processing timelines and abnormal issues, and continuously supervise vendor service quality and delivery efficiency.
• Address urgent, special and complex visa cases for key clients, identify potential compliance and processing risks in advance, and integrate internal and external resources to resolve problems efficiently.
• Monitor updates of global visa and immigration policies, synchronize the latest application rules and risk alerts timely, and manage visa documents and data ledgers in a standardized and accurate manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; 1-3 years of working experience in Visa & Immigration, Global Mobility or HR Operations is preferred.
• Prior in-house working experience in multinational or overseas-expanding enterprises is highly preferred, with practical experience in docking and managing third-party visa and immigration vendors.
• Proficient in mainstream visa types including work visas, tourist visas and dependent visas; prioritize candidates with in-house vendor management and independent case operation experience rather than pure agency document processing experience.
• Experienced in cross-border and multi-country visa case management, capable of managing multiple visa applications and tight deadlines simultaneously.
• Possess business-level English proficiency to communicate smoothly with overseas counterparts and international vendors.
• Meticulous and responsible with strong deadline sensitivity, as well as excellent communication coordination, executive ability and complex problem-solving capabilities.
