Job summary

TECHTIFY PTE. LTD. seeks a Visa/Global Mobility specialist in Singapore to manage work, travel, and dependent visas for key clients and personnel.

You will coordinate document preparation, submission, and end-to-end progress tracking, liaising with global service providers and internal teams to ensure timely renewals and regulatory compliance. The role requires 2–3 years of visa-related experience, fluency in Chinese, and experience with multinational deployments.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Visa, Immigration, Global Mobility, or HR Operations.
• Fluent Chinese is a must to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
• In-house experience at multinational companies expanding internationally with third-party visa vendors.
• Familiarity with common visa types (e.g., work, travel, dependent visas).
• Experience managing cross-border visa cases with multiple applications and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage visa requirements for key clients and personnel, coordinating document prep, submission, and progress tracking.
• Maintain records of visas and expiry dates; set up expiration alerts; coordinate renewals and modifications.
• Ensure continuous validity of work visas.
• Liaise with visa, immigration, and related service providers across countries and regions.
• Coordinate requirements, documentation, timelines, and issue resolution for applications.
• Monitor vendor service quality and delivery efficiency.
• Support clients with urgent visa needs and identify potential risks.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to resolve issues.
• Stay updated on visa/immigration policy changes and communicate requirements and risks.
• Maintain organized visa documentation and records.
