Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Global Mobility & Immigration professional to manage local mobility, immigration, relocation, and onboarding in your assigned geography. You will coordinate with employees, hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth and timely employee experience.

You will also support local People Operations and compliance activities that require in-country action, and contribute to process improvements with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people operations, employee engagement, or Global Mobility & immigration-related working experience.
• 3+ years coordinating multiple stakeholders and working with third-party vendors.
• 3+ years independently managing cases, processes, or employee support activities.

Responsibilities

• Global Mobility & Immigration cases relocating to assigned geography: manage mobility cases, visas, relocations, renewals, and cancellations.
• Vendor & Case Management: partner with immigration, relocation, and other third-party vendors; coordinate stakeholders and monitor progress.
• New Hire Onboarding Experience: coordinate onboarding and Day 1 logistics for new hires; ensure access, equipment, and support for successful start on site.
• Local People Operations & Compliance: support local operations, regulatory requirements, and maintain compliance records.
• Process Improvement & Team Collaboration: identify improvement opportunities and share local insights for consistency across regions.
