Job summary

Dyson Operations Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Lead Specialist Global Mobility to guide international assignments, transfers, and immigration processes across APAC and other key markets. This role requires managing complex mobility cases, coordinating with vendors, and helping shape policies while ensuring a high-level of stakeholder engagement and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in global mobility, international HR, immigration, or expatriate management.
• Good understanding of international assignment management, relocation programs, and immigration processes.
• Experience working with external mobility vendors and service providers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High degree of cultural awareness and cross-cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of international assignments, permanent transfers, localization arrangements, and other mobility programs.
• Act as primary point of contact for employees, managers, HRBP, and key stakeholders throughout mobility lifecycle.
• Provide expert guidance on mobility policies, relocation support, assignment structures, immigration requirements, and compliance.
• Conduct mobility consultations and pre-departure briefings to inform compensation, benefits, relocation services, immigration requirements, and assignments.
• Build partnerships with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Reward, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Partner with immigration providers to ensure timely and compliant processing of work authorization and immigration matters.
• Monitor immigration and mobility compliance requirements across APAC and other regions.
• Escalate and mitigate potential compliance risks while ensuring adherence to policies.
• Support business traveler and remote work compliance initiatives as required.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with mobility vendors.
• Monitor service delivery and employee feedback.
• Assist with issue resolution and service improvements.
• Deliver exceptional employee support throughout mobility journey.
• Provide tailored guidance for complex and senior-level transfers and assignments.
• Support leadership and executive mobility cases, ensuring a high-touch service experience when required.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of global mobility policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Participate in regional and global mobility projects, including technology enhancements, process optimization initiatives, and policy reviews.
