Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate immigration services or destination/global mobility services.
• Experience dealing directly with corporate clients, assignees, or relocating employees is preferred.
• Strong coordination with internal teams, landlords, agents, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate immigration and mobility cases from initiation through completion.
• Provide guidance to clients and relocating employees during the relocation process.
• Coordinate with internal teams, government authorities, landlords, agents, and external vendors.
• Monitor case progress and ensure service delivery timelines are met.
• Maintain accurate records and case documentation.
• Provide timely updates and professional communication to clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare cost estimates, service requests, and client-related documentation.
• Ensure services are billed accurately and within timelines.
• Support operational reporting, invoicing, and revenue capture activities.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and adoption of technology tools.
• Assist with cross-functional projects during peak periods.

We are seeking a highly motivated Mobility & Immigration Consultant to join our Client Services team. This hybrid role combines corporate immigration case management, destination services, and global mobility support, providing end-to-end assistance to corporate clients and relocating employees.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service experiences. You will play a key role in supporting international assignees, managing immigration processes, coordinating relocation services, and ensuring a seamless employee transition into Singapore and other global locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate immigration and mobility cases from initiation through completion.

• Provide guidance and support to clients and relocating employees throughout the relocation process.

• Coordinate with internal teams, government authorities, landlords, agents, and external vendors where required.

• Monitor case progress and ensure service delivery timelines are met.
