Qualifications

• 5+ years of people operations, employee engagement, or Global Mobility & immigration experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and vendors to deliver employee-facing services.
• Strong organization, time-management, and service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage local Global Mobility, immigration, relocation, and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate with employees, hiring managers, and vendors to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Support local People Operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and share insights across regions (USA, EU, Singapore).
• Provide Day 1 logistics and onboarding support for new hires, ensuring access and equipment on site.
