Job summary

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in global mobility, international HR, immigration, or expatriate management.
• Good understanding of international assignment management, relocation programs, and immigration processes.
• Experience working with external mobility vendors and service providers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High degree of cultural awareness and cross-cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of international assignments, permanent transfers, localization arrangements, and other global mobility programs.
• Serve as primary contact for employees, managers, HRBP, and stakeholders throughout mobility lifecycle.
• Provide guidance on mobility policies, relocation, assignment structures, and immigration requirements.
