Job summary

GLOBALIZATION PARTNER, a remote-first global employment platform, seeks a Forward Deployed Operations Manager to lead multi-country onboarding for enterprise clients. You will bridge HR operations, compliance, and customer success to ensure seamless global expansions and sustained client satisfaction.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end onboarding programs, align regional teams, navigate complex labor laws, and drive risk mitigation while delivering a white-glove customer experience across

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Enterprise Implementation, Customer Onboarding, Technical Project Management, or Operations Delivery—ideally within EOR, Payroll, Global HR Tech, or SaaS space.
• Direct exposure to global employment mechanics (Employer of Record, global payroll, employment law basics, or HR operations).
• Proven track record of multi-stakeholder, multi-country projects using formal frameworks (PMP, Agile, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and consultative leadership; comfortable steering calls with VP/C-suite stakeholders at Fortune 500 or high-growth enterprise companies.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Onboarding: own multi-country EOR onboarding programs from HR Ops perspective.
• Single Point of Contact: primary operational partner for enterprise Customer POCs.
• Internal Alignment: coordinate with HR Ops regional teams with Success, Sales for resource alignment.
• Compliance Oversight: navigate international labor laws, visa requirements, benefits administration, contracts.
• Local Ops Integration: translate in-country nuances into action plans while adhering to local rules.
• Risk Mitigation: identify and resolve blockers, regulatory risks, payroll delays across jurisdictions.
• Customer Success Partnership: work with CSMs to connect delivery with account growth.
• Adoption & Happiness: drive platform adoption and white-glove onboarding for admins and employees.
• Escalations & Problem-Solving: serve as escalation point for complex inquiries with speed and precision.
• Playbook Development: document scalable workflows and delivery standards to reduce payroll time.
