Datadog is seeking an Associate to join our global Campaign Operations team to support our growing APJ Marketing function. You’ll manage the operational components of our marketing campaigns and global email program, thriving in a fast-paced, analytical environment that aligns people, processes, and metrics for optimal performance across digital channels.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B technology environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Interest in learning marketing automation and reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter in a dynamic environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute emails in Marketo in collaboration with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Product, and Sponsored Events teams; provide flawless quality assurance to ensure email creative, copy, and links are correct
• Support the operational development and execution of multi-channel campaigns (Does not include copywriting, content creation, or creative design)
• Segment lead database to build targeted audiences for promotional activities
• Report on campaign performance to identify relevant trends and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand campaign plans and provide guidance on digital marketing best practices and automation capabilities
• Identify and escalated email calendar conflicts, audience overlap, and gaps in campaign strategy against department goals
• Stay informed about the latest compliance and legal developments in email marketing and ensure adherence
