Job summary

Delta Institute is seeking a commercially minded Marketing Associate to drive global campaigns and growth. You will own campaigns from concept to execution, spanning email, social, webinars, and content, collaborating with marketing, admissions and regional teams to move prospects through the funnel.

You will manage multi-channel initiatives, optimize messaging, and contribute to enquiries and revenue while thriving in a fast-paced, remote global environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or campaign management.
• Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Experience with email marketing, CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Comfortable interpreting marketing data and using insights to improve campaign performance.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A commercial mindset with an understanding that successful marketing drives qualified leads, conversions and revenue -- not just engagement.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global and remote environment.
• Curious, proactive and eager to experiment, learn and continuously improve.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across email, social media, webinars, partnerships, and other acquisition channels.
• Own campaign execution from briefing and audience segmentation through launch, monitoring, follow-up, and post-campaign analysis.
• Support qualified lead generation and contribute toward Delta Generated Revenue (DGR) targets.
• Support Push-to-Consult and other bottom-of-funnel campaigns designed to convert existing leads into consultations.
• Support ongoing experimentation across messaging, audiences, channels, and campaign formats to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Manage Delta’s social media channels, including content planning, copywriting, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring.
• Support SEO strategy and execution, including on-page SEO and organic search performance.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and lead-nurturing journeys to improve engagement and consultation conversion.
• Coordinate independent webinars, information sessions, and other marketing-led events, including promotion, registration, communications, and follow-up.
