Qualifications

• 15+ years in recruiting with 10+ years leading teams.
• Experience hiring across Japan, Singapore, Australia and APAC.
• Proven ability to align hiring with workforce planning and business goals.
• Experienced in partnering with US-based senior leaders and managing up.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional recruiting strategy across APAC.
• Hire, build, and mentor high-performing recruiting teams.
• Coach managers and recruiters to foster relationships with active and passive candidates and hiring managers.
• Adapt plans to address resource and operational challenges and market shifts.
• Ensure diversity in hiring is a priority across the region.
• Drive quarterly goals and maintain fast, human recruitment processes.
• Lead organizational and leadership development initiatives and mentorship programs.
• Collaborate with business partners to plan headcount against seasonality and business needs.
• Use funnel metrics to inform actions and improve outcomes.
