Job summary

Datadog, Inc. is seeking an APJ Enablement professional to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for regional go-to-market teams in APAC, including Sales and Customer Success.

You will simplify complex content, build curricula, and partner with Curriculum, Program Management, and Operations to ensure programs drive measurable behavior change. You'll facilitate engaging live and virtual sessions for senior audiences, leverage field feedback to shape priorities, and use AI

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement or related GTM role.
• Proven delivery of live and virtual training to senior audiences.
• Experience leveraging field feedback and performance data to inform enablement decisions.
• Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, Sandler or similar sales frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging live and virtual enablement sessions for regional Sales and Customer Success teams, including onboarding and reinforcement programs.
• Conduct ongoing field listening to identify business needs, gaps, and strengths across APAC; share insights to shape programs.
• Lead reinforcement and coaching with activities that drive measurable behavior change in real customer scenarios.
• Partner with Curriculum, Program Management, and Operations to pilot and co-build content; work with Sales leaders to address emerging needs.
• Use AI tools to accelerate delivery and reinforcement and model AI usage for the teams trained.
