Qualifications

• 10+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech.
• Ability to hire across multiple orgs in Asia Pacific.
• Strong selling, negotiating, and closing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt, identify, screen, and assess talent for open roles.
• Partner with regional leaders to plan hiring across business units.
• Develop pipelines for active and passive candidates at high volume.
• Refine messaging, job descriptions, and external content to attract talent.
• Stay updated on recruiting strategies and market movements.
• Ensure excellent interview experiences for candidates and hiring teams.
• Improve interview practices and optimize the Greenhouse ATS.
