Job summary

ASUS GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive logistics administrator to ensure smooth order fulfillment for overseas distributors and precise coordination of shipments in a fast-paced environment.

You will plan demand in the in-house system, raise proforma invoices, generate weekly statements, coordinate with Sales on payments, prepare export documents and monitor shipments from global sites. Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with HQ and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant logistics experience.
• Mandarin fluency required due to HQ liaison.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and logistics for overseas distributors.
• Plan and submit demand to in-house system.
• Raise proforma invoices based on allocations.
• Generate weekly account statements.
• Liaise with Sales to ensure timely payments.
• Arrange delivery per INCOTERMS and prepare export documents.
• Monitor shipments from global sites and update stakeholders.
• Process LC shipments and verify LC documents.
• Prepare refund/rebate documentation accurately.
• Provide logistics support to customers and Sales teams.
• Address customers' requests promptly and proactively.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
