Job summary

ASUS is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage order fulfillment and international distributor logistics from our Singapore office. You will plan demand in the internal system, raise PI based on allocations, and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery while coordinating with Sales for timely payments.

The role requires a Diploma in Supply Chain/Business Admin, at least 3 years of related experience, and strong Mandarin proficiency to liaise with our HQ.

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma in Supply Chain/Business Admin or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in logistics/fulfillment.
• Proficient in Mandarin due to regular HQ communications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth order fulfillment and logistics management for overseas distributors.
• Plan and submit demand to in-house system.
• Raise proforma invoices (PI) based on allocations.
• Generate and issue weekly account statements.
• Coordinate with Sales to ensure timely collections from customers.
