Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Senior Operations Coordinator to manage daily control tower operations, ensuring on-time delivery and proactive follow-up with suppliers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle shipment booking, event management, and issue escalation while supporting KPI reporting, supplier onboarding, and process governance across multiple transport modes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics or related field is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in logistics or 3PL.
• Strong MS Office skills and good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for customers, carriers and suppliers.
• Handle orders, documentation and transport booking per routing and SLAs.
• Monitor execution and ensure adherence to standards.
• Manage customer requests and incidents promptly.
• Provide data for reporting and KPI analysis.
• Support supplier onboarding and SOP compliance.
