• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field.
• 10+ years in Learning & Development with global leadership experience.
• Strategic leadership in enterprise-wide L&D strategy.
• Proven ability to design leadership development programs.
• Proficiency with LMS, e-learning tools, and AI-enabled learning.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen linking learning to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with goals and workforce planning.
• Lead design, development, and delivery of high-impact learning programmes across formats.
• Own the LMS/LXP ecosystem and drive AI-enabled learning initiatives.
• Establish a robust measurement framework to assess ROI and impact.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and HRBPs to identify capability gaps and co-create solutions.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing L&D team and promote best practices.
