Qualifications

• Domain Expertise: Training & Development, leadership development, or adult learning frameworks (e.g., ACLP or equivalent certifications).
• Consultative Approach: Strong ability to diagnose client needs and communicate strategic solutions effectively.
• Exceptional Facilitation: Dynamic presentation skills with the ability to command a room and foster interactive learning.
• Operational Excellence: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple client timelines independently while collaborating with our internal team.

Responsibilities

• Consult & Diagnose: Partner with business leaders to assess organizational bottlenecks and pinpoint training needs.
• Design & Innovate: Architect customized, engaging training solutions for corporate challenges.
