Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in team management.
  • International work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships as main point of contact.
  • Oversee aftermarket programs for customer satisfaction.
  • Handle technical and project management issues.
  • Monitor service level performance and reliability metrics.
  • Communicate between airlines, Safran, and MROs.
  • Monitor business plan and optimize costs.
