Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Governance Leader in Singapore to oversee governance, assurance, and financial management for the Global CISO and Group Cybersecurity functions. You will coordinate regulatory compliance, audits, and third‑party risk across a complex, multi‑entity organisation, driving reporting and strategic alignment.

Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting and reporting in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

Lead governance, assurance and business management for Global CISO and Group Cybersecurity.
Oversee regulatory compliance, audits, third-party and supply chain risk.
Coordinate cyber risk, control assurance and KPIs.
Prepare reporting for senior management and boards.
Drive cyber awareness and cross-functional initiatives.
Operate Global CISO Office with planning and tracking.
Translate strategy into measurable priorities.
