Job summary

MAZU RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is partnering with a global shipping company in Singapore to appoint an IT Business Application Specialist. This role acts as the bridge between business operations and technology, driving L1/L2 support across Asia, troubleshooting core systems, and overseeing user access.

You will liaise with international IT leadership, support regional end-users, and contribute to change management, UAT, SOPs, and knowledge-base documentation to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in business application support or similar roles.
• Experience with enterprise software platforms (HRIS/ERP) and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 incident management and service request resolution.
• Coordinate with external vendors and global engineering teams to resolve complex bugs.
• Translate business requirements into IT solutions and train users on system features.
• Manage user provisioning and access rights per PDPA and security policies.
• Support system changes, UAT, SOPs, and knowledge-base documentation.
