Job summary

Talent Trader Group seeks an Inside Sales Manager – Global to serve as the primary commercial and operational bridge for global direct accounts and distributors. You will coordinate end-to-end activities including inquiries, quotations, sample development, and order fulfillment, interfacing with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance teams across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, International Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record in inside sales management, sales operations, customer service, or commercial account coordination within a B2B manufacturing environment.
• Experience in electronic components, connectors, cable assemblies, electromechanical parts, or electronics manufacturing is highly preferred; multi-country exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Global Account & Commercial Coordination: manage inquiries, quotations, lead times, and order status for global direct accounts and distributors.
• Quotations & Pricing: collaborate to prepare, issue, and maintain quotations with MOQs, lead times, and product availability.
• Distributor Enablement: support distributor networks with product docs, marketing resources, lead allocation, and training.
• Factory Liaison & Cross-Functional Alignment: connect customers, regional sales, and manufacturing (Engineering, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance).
• Escalation & Issue Resolution: track actions, expedite shipments, address bottlenecks, and minimize customer impact.
• Sample Management & Technical Coordination: coordinate sample requests for design-ins and validations; route inquiries to engineering teams for quick resolution.
• CRM/ERP Management & Executive Reporting: maintain customer data and generate sales backlog and forecast reports for leadership.
