Job summary

WIN SOURCE ELECTRONICS is seeking an International Sales Representative to develop global B2B relationships, manage accounts and drive opportunities across markets. You will work with sales, sourcing, logistics and quality teams to deliver value beyond transactions and grow customer wins.

You will engage in RFQ and quotation support, coordination with internal teams, and ongoing communication with customers to address component availability and supply chain challenges.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or related roles.
• Experience in electronic components/electronics distribution is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across assigned markets.
• Identify potential opportunities through market research and proactive follow-up.
• Support the full sales process including RFQ handling, quotation prep and order follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal sourcing, logistics and quality teams to address shortages and lead-time pressures.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and opportunity records to support long-term development.
• Build product knowledge and market awareness to strengthen sales capability.
