SINOTRON UNITED PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to help drive overseas client relationships. You will manage sales calls, share product brochures, and process orders while supporting the sales team with accurate information.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service
• Strong sales pitching skills, particularly over the phone, to engage and persuade clients
• Enjoy engaging with people and delivering excellent customer service
• Highly independent, responsible, and self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls to overseas clients to generate and follow up on sales opportunities
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email & messaging apps to provide product brochures, catalogues, and detailed information
• Maintain and update the prospective client database to ensure accurate sales tracking
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all company products and services to support client inquiries and sales efforts
• Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, and pricing calculations to facilitate smooth sales transactions
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments to support sales activities as needed
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to provide full operational support and contribute to team goals
