Job summary

Powerplus Group Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Sales Support professional to assist Key Accounts Managers, prepare quotations and sales agreements, and coordinate with pre-sales, operations, logistics and finance.

You will maintain filing, revive inactive accounts, and ensure accurate, timely documentation. The role requires a diploma or degree in business/marketing, 1 year of related experience, and strong English plus MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 year of relevant sales support or sales administration experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Key Accounts Managers in following up with existing customers.
• Prepare and issue quotations and Sales Purchase Agreements.
• Assist in tender documentation together with the pre-sales team.
• Issue work orders upon customer purchase confirmation.
• Maintain proper filing of sales correspondence, contracts, and official documents.
• Follow up on and help revive inactive customer accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams (pre-sales, operations, logistics, finance).
