Global HRIS Lead — Payroll & SuccessFactors

Job summary

pacific international lines (private) limited seeks an experienced HRIS professional to lead global payroll rollout and ongoing SuccessFactors support. You will own end-to-end HRIS workstreams, engage stakeholders across countries and vendors, and ensure data quality and smooth go-lives.

You will work with HR, IT and external partners to design tests, coordinate UAT, and deliver system enhancements while maintaining governance and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business or related field.
• 5–8 years’ HRIS, HR systems implementation or HR tech support.
• Hands-on SuccessFactors experience, esp. Employee Central, Learning, Performance and Compensation.
• Experience in regional/global SuccessFactors support, including config and reporting.
• Experience in payroll system implementation or integration is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS workstreams across global payroll rollout and BAU support.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, vendors, IT and local teams for implementation.
• Design test scenarios, scripts and validation for iHR changes and integrations.
• Coordinate UAT across countries, track risks and ensure timely sign-off.
• Provide guidance on data loading, updates and payroll readiness.
• Manage change requests, deployments and post-go-live support.
• Advise on best practices, governance and system enhancements.
