You will configure SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding) and manage holidays, work schedules, validations, workflows and role permissions, while ensuring controls and audits.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance to understand needs and implement technology solutions.
• Configure SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Payroll, PMGM, Time Management/Time Off, LMS, Recruitment and Onboarding, and related calendars/workflows.
