Job summary

k2 partnering solutions pte. ltd. seeks a highly accomplished SAP SuccessFactors & HCM Lead to drive enterprise-scale HR digital transformation across international markets.

You will bridge global HR strategy with technical delivery and oversee global implementations and support for SAP SF and HCM ecosystems. As SME and strategic advisor, you will lead offshore and onshore delivery teams, ensuring SLAs, project deliverables, and budget adherence while guiding change management and process

Qualifications

• 15 to 18+ years of SAP HR/SuccessFactors functional consulting, capability leadership and project delivery experience.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-border teams in a global delivery model.
• Experience applying Agile, Scrum and SAFe to software deployments, migrations and rollouts.
• Strong data migration strategy, mapping and conversion execution across legacy HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global implementations, upgrades, support operations and M&A integrations for SAP SF and legacy SAP HCM.
• Conduct workshops, gap/impact assessments, define target operating models, and deliver configurations for global requirements.
• Manage solution rollout activities including standard process definitions, testing strategy, communications and change management.
• Serve as SME and strategic advisor to executive HR leaders and regional stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional offshore/onshore delivery teams, establish performance standards and risk mitigation.
