Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, acting as a senior advisor in global organisations.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience with manufacturing, supply chain, or related functions.
• Expertise in strategic talent, organizational development, and workforce planning.
• Experience partnering with VP+ and executive leaders on complex talent matters.
• Strong business, financial, and HR acumen with executive presence.
• Fluency with AI-enabled HR capabilities and implications for work.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise priorities into coordinated talent and workforce plans across an assigned portfolio.
• Advise VP/AVP leaders on org design, succession, M&A, and leadership development.
• Guide talent decisions by calibrating succession and trade-offs across businesses.
• Lead cross-functional workforce initiatives and present clear recommendations to senior leaders.
• Coach HRBPs across regions and direct project resources toward shared outcomes.
• Manage a regional team of HRBPs and consultants for seamless HR delivery.
