HYVE Solutions is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support our Singapore manufacturing operations. The role partners with leaders across manufacturing, engineering, and operations to drive growth, workforce readiness, and employee engagement in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, is well-versed in Singapore employment practices, and can balance strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Experience as HRBP in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and employee relations practices.
• Experience supporting workforce ramp-up or high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operations; support workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, and talent strategies.
• Provide practical HR guidance to managers on employee management, team effectiveness, and organizational challenges.
• Support workforce stabilization in a rapidly growing manufacturing environment.
• Manage employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and terminations.
