Qualifications

• Experience in HR, business process improvement, project management, or HR systems environments.
• Strong knowledge of process design, optimisation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking with ability to translate requirements into designs.
• Knowledge of HR technology and recruitment systems (Oracle Cloud, Phenom, Avature).
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-region collaboration experience.
• Experience with projects, process change initiatives, UAT, implementation, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse recruitment and onboarding processes to identify improvement opportunities and performance gaps.
• Design, standardise, and optimise global recruiting and onboarding processes aligned to business and compliance requirements.
• Translate business requirements into system and process enhancements in partnership with IT and external vendors.
• Support process change implementation, including planning, testing (UAT), configuration, and rollout activities.
• Monitor process performance using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and increased use of digital capabilities.
