Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR professional in Singapore to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. The role also covers workforce administration, dormitory arrangements, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Human Resources and has at least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a contractor or construction environment, with strong Microsoft Office skills. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 1 year HR experience, preferably in a contractor or construction environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Handle workforce administration, including monthly employment renewals.
• Oversee staff dormitory arrangements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Administer employee leave records and maintain accurate HR documentation.
• Support and execute additional HR and administrative duties as assigned.
