MICHAEL PAGE (PERSONNEL) PTE. LTD. is partnering with a leading global fintech to recruit an HR Operations professional in Singapore.

You will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll liaison, and compliance, in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles, strong payroll knowledge in Singapore, and proven ability to drive process improvements and automation while maintaining data integrity and stakeholder

Qualifications

6 years of HR Operations/People Operations or HR Generalist experience in similar industries.
Strong payroll exposure in Singapore and statutory compliance.
Experience with process improvements, systems enhancements, or automation.
Excellent stakeholder management and business acumen.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
Coordinate payroll administration with external providers for accuracy and timeliness.
Advise managers and employees on HR operations and policies.
Support HR compliance, governance documentation, and audits.
Deliver regional and global people programmes including performance cycles and benefits.
Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and automation.
Maintain HR data integrity, reporting accuracy, and controls.
