As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for utilizing data and analytics to drive HR strategies and decisions. This role necessitates expertise in HR analytics, Power BI dashboards, HR automation utilizing tools like Workday or relevant HRIS, ATS management, and project management.In this role, your responsibilities will include:- Leveraging GenAI tools for HR Analytics:- Analyzing structured and unstructured HR data to generate actionable insights for workforce planning, engagement, and performance.- Developing dynamic reports and dashboards using AI to automate narrative generation and highlight key trends.- Utilizing AI models for trend and sentiment analysis to support strategic HR decisions.- Implementing AI-driven models for predictive and prescriptive analytics to forecast attrition, hiring needs, and training effectiveness.- Developing Power BI & AI-Enhanced Dashboards:- Designing interactive dashboards integrating GenAI for real-time insights and automated commentary.- Connecting multiple HR data sources into unified Power BI views.- Setting up intelligent alerts and recommendations using AI to flag anomalies or opportunities in HR metrics.- Training HR teams on interpreting AI-enhanced dashboards for decision-making.- Implementing HR Automation & Agentic AI:- Designing and deploying autonomous HR agents for tasks such as onboarding, policy queries, and employee support.- Streamlining repetitive HR processes using AI for workflow automation.- Integrate GenAI into HRIS platforms for enhanced user experience and data accuracy.- Deploying conversational AI agents to provide real-time, personalized HR assistance to employees.- Utilizing ATS & AI-Driven Recruitment:- Screening resumes and matching candidates to roles using GenAI to reduce bias in hiring.- Implementing AI agents for automation of recruitment workflows.- Generating AI-based recruitment insights and predictive hiring success scores.- Enhancing existing ATS with AI plugins for smarter candidate tracking and reporting.Moreover, the role involves Project Management of AI in HR, including leading transformation projects, driving adoption of AI tools, and ensuring responsible AI use in HR focusing on data privacy, fairness, and transparency.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analytics or a related role. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Power BI, experience with HR automation tools, technical proficiency in data analysis tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, project management experience, and attention to detail are essential attributes.This full-time position operates under a hybrid model, with three days in the office and two days working remotely, offering a competitive salary, group healthcare scheme, annual leave, casual leave, and extensive internal and external training.
