Termi Smart Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Managing Director to lead international growth from Singapore and Shanghai.
The role focuses on Southeast Asia, the Middle East and North America, shaping market entry strategies and building capable regional teams. Reporting to the Qunabox Group Board, you will translate the group’s product strengths into actionable expansion plans, drive day-to-day operations, partnerships and customer growth while maintaining strong governance and cross-functional
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business, technology, engineering, computer science or related field.
- 10+ years in retail tech, IoT, or related fields preferred.
- Experience in international expansion and P&L responsibility.
Responsabilidades
- Develop overseas market development strategy for SE Asia, Middle East, and North America.
- Translate strategy into annual, quarterly and monthly action plans and define milestones.
- Recruit and lead regional teams across Singapore and overseas markets.
- Oversee daily operations, partnerships, and customer growth while ensuring governance.
